Costs Associated with Equity Associates’ Annual Network Membership
Equity Associates is committed to eliminating barriers to accessing quality mental health services for youth in rural communities and this is reflected in our reasonable fee structure. The associated annual fee for community organization membership within our network is based on one flat rate contingent upon projected mental health service needs within the organization. This fee includes unlimited access to remote mental health intervention services as determined is needed with the organization throughout the year provided by our national network of highly qualified mental health practitioners. Additionally, this includes unlimited engagement with the Equity Associates collaborative care model as needed for your community organization in partnership with your organizational teams. Finally, this annual fee includes progress monitoring and end-of-year efficacy data to guide decision-making and sustainability of mental health intervention services.
